The best fitness equipment for me?
I'm too heavy, and I would like to work on my waist, arms and legs. I thought maybe a stair master, but from what I've seen, they are all very expensive. Then I thought maybe an elliptical trainer thing (the bike machine … Sorry, I'm such a newbie!), But I spend a lot of my time now, so it's not the best idea to sit and practice. The highest we can spend is $ 400. What are your professional thoughts? Experience? Suggestions? Thanks. Oh, and we have literally no room for a huge treadmill, so I can not treadmills.
Look around for a treadmill that folds up to save. Research shows that a treadmill is a piece of equipment people probably use most. Check Craigslist for your area and you may find cheap.
