Can I use the U.S. CPSC safety standard an Australian standard.?
I bought a Bell Sweep helmet in the U.S., according to the standards of the CPSC. However bikes to race in Australia must meet Australian standards. Is it possible to win an Australian Standard, given that the Sweep helmets have been approved in Australia?
