Is a training with a bicycle ergometer more effective than training with a cross trainer?
And answer me please a few more questions.
A.)Which kind of are they?Endurance or Power?
B.)Which muscles are used in the sports called above?
A cross trainer will work the upper body along with the legs but is not designed to improve strength it’s more of a cardiovascular workout. The cycling trainer wont help the upper body much and will have a slight effect on the abs and biceps but other then that it’s mostly the ham string, gluts, quad, and calf muscles. Both are endurance exercises.
