Is there a bike rack accessory that mounts on the side?

I need something to hold large art pads/portfolios while riding my bike across campus. The rear bike rack won’t work b/c my art pad would fan out too much; I’m looking for a side accessory that will carry it vertically. Does that exist? Send/post me a link to the product please?
