how much money to buy bicycles agency ie kinetic Honda or assets?
I live in Italy and want to do business in India and have my mind made to return to India and I want to do something for my family mentiaing I am pretty confused what to do? pls help me
Well it would depend on which part of India would you return to. As Kinetic is not doing very well in India at the moment might not be the best investment, although they would require much more flexible at the dealer. For a Honda dealer you should atleast 1500 to 2000 square feet of showroom space with approximately 2000-3000 square feet of workshop space. Extra money would you need for working capital and inventory. The dealer margins are very limited and you would have to give two years warranty.
