what kind of fluid do I use?
I have a little 2 stroke 50cc mini-bike winner. It is a very rare mini-bike that I can find on the internet, and are really old, but in good condition. I want to start this weekend for the first time and I want to know what kind of fluid I should use. It was a filler of the kick starter almost like a 4-stroke but did not, I think its the tranny and the bearings, I was wondering just in general what types of lubricants or oils I can use. Plus the gas ratio Since no oil injected ……. Thanks!
Filling the crank case with 10W40 engine oil. Mix gas with 2 stroke oil. All auto supply stores carry. Parts the cycle the fuel / cap on a sticker on the frame, but some places will tell you how much oil to mix with the gas. Some are 32-1 are some mixes 40-1 so you will need to look to find out.
