stationary bicycle exercise stand
Can anyone recoemnd a bicycle to convert the bike into an exercise bike?
I know that these triangular craft, that you mount the rear of a bicycle, and put the bike into a stationary exercise bike … I think there are different types of machines … ie, a belt can be used for the resistance may they use magnets, etc. Does anyone have any recomendations? I want something good, but I do not want an arm and a leg to pay. Thanks has anyonbe have experince with the differences between magetic, moisture, etc?
Check out www.performancebike.com, or, if possible, visit one of their stores. I use a TravelTrac century and have no problems with it. I cost me about $ 100 dollars. Many bike shops and online shops will buy these things this time of year. Another brand you might want to check is Minoura. Good quality a decent price.
