It would be best to buy tubes for 27×1 1/4 tires. 700c tubes might work, but 27′ wheels have a larger diameter so the tube would have to stretch a bit. The other thing to consider is what type of valve to buy, schrader, or presta. If your current valves look the same as the valves in car tires, buy schrader valve tubes, if they are thinner, you need to buy tubes with presta valves. You can buy inner tubes in any bike shop, and many department stores where they sell bikes. Inner tubes are not expensive, and unless you are buying something else, not worth buying online.
